Incoming- Montblanc Star Date Automatic

Hi all,

I have always been a fan of Montblanc pens/accessories and always wanted to add a watch from the brand.

An opportunity arose to get a mint one at substantial discount so just picked the Star Date Automatic up.

It has a standard ETA movement but was particularly drawn to the quality of the rest of the watch. The dial is great, relatively slim case, crown design and with triple folding slim deployment.

If you are considering the brand do try them out - I think they make a nice watch at this price point. Some pics...

Nice pick up. Congratulations!

I have tried a few Montblanc and I concur with your assessment.

Thanks all - the dial is stunning in person, the Breguet numbers really stand out, the star pattern looks great in the light, the blue hands add colour contrast and lastly the red digits add a splash of colour
