Submariner help please.
Evening all. I am seeing the pictures of the 5 digit subs and getting a bit broody. I have a bit of hesitation as I didn’t like the clasp when I had a 2 liner and sold it. My GMT 16710 is amazingly comfy and great clasp and the sub clasp seemed too big.
My other wares are PP 5712, Sub C LV and 16710 Pepsi. I bought the black bezel to scratch the itch and have more versatility but it just it’s the same. Photo below. Please advise with loads of photos!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

If you were going to do that, why not such buy a black GMT bezel insert and change them back & forth with the red/blue insert. I do not see the logic in buying another GMT if you wanted a Sub?
FWIW, often, there is no logic in this hobby

Sorry misunderstanding. I just bought the black bezel to switch between the two. So I just have the 3 watches. I love the subs and need advice on which one. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

It appears he bought a black bezel GMT II instead of a Sub.

Sorry, should have read it back!! I bought a Pepsi. The black bezel was to switch between bezels On the gmt thinking it would be sub-line but a better clasp and thinner. But it’s just not a sub So I would like advice and pictures on the best 5 digit sub models please. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

You own the LVC with glidelock clasp and you think the 5 digit Sub clasp is too big?

I know it seems strange but the glide lock is uniform, the opening part of the clasp just looks huge compared to the gmt. However the more I mature in the watch world the more I think I would grow to love it on the right sub. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Jesus that doesn’t read right! So I bought the black bezel only to swap it up. But it ISNT a sub. So I would like advice and photos. And I meant my watches, not wares! Bloody thumbs! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
