What is for sale here and condition

A very nice Sinn EZM2 Hydro 403.GSG9 EINSATZZEITMESSER Quartz Diver with valid warranty until June 2018. Speculation says that the total number of GSG9 sets produced was about less than 150 total. The best way to describe this awesome wath is to say that it is readable all angles, accurate to the second, waterproof to 5000m, crystal clear dial, comfortable, lightweight and difficult to obtain.

This EZM2 has been serviced in Germany most recently in 2016. This is the email confirming it:

This watch has been serviced in 2016. The complete service included:
- maintenance/overhaul set movement
dismounting, cleaning, afterwards assemblage, greasing and adjustment of movement
(including all necessary spare parts)
- gasket set including all O-rings, spare parts (and crown if necessary)
- replacement of the battery
- checking of electronic components and adjusting the motion train
- HYDRO-oil refilling and waterproof test
- replacement of dial and set of hands (latest version) to get back original luminous intensity

Note for HYDRO-watches:
The battery-change, the HYDRO-oil change or any works accomplished on the movement are possible within a complete overhaul only because the movement needs to get cleaned entirely of the previous HYDRO-oil before it can be refilled.



The ETA quartz movement is very accurate. The sapphire crystal is clean and clear with no marks, there are no bubbles present in the oil, dial and hands are blemish free with bright lume that will last all night when charged. The case has slight marks from wear mostly on the lugs from the bracelet and light marks on the case back, and some marks in the bezel insert.

I am not a watchmaker and I do not have the tools to check for water resistance, so WR is not guaranteed. I can see some desk diving marks in the clasp and very few faint minor on the bracelet. Back case has some marks too. TZ 93% conservative in my humble opinion. Included is a spare original Sinn clasp.
