Can a Rolex Submariner Bezel work on a Explorer II

Hello,

So I'm thinking of getting an Explorer II. It's in my budget range and has a lot of functionality for my line of work.

However, I do feel that the bezel on the Explorer II is pretty bland, boring, and a bit impractical for me. My line of work requires speeches that need to last an exact time and lots of things that require a Submariner Dive Watch Bezel.

So, does anyone know if it's possible to fit a Submariner Dive Watch Bezel on an Explorer II?

Thanks.

I'm no expert but I'm almost 100% sure the answer is no.

I seem to recall someone fitted a 16710 GMT bezel to a 16750 Explorer

That's me....it fits perfectly. Just make sure to have older 16570 with lug holes. I believe this should work with older 16610 bezel.

Exactly! Where are the pics?

Found this article in Jake's Rolex World. The Explorer II looks nice with a Pepsi bezel and insert.

Whichever it is, it looks fantastic ! Much better than black dial IMO.

Never seen this done before, & the Black Bezel on the White Explorer dial is stunning . This would sell like hot cakes , or more like hot "Oreos" as I think these have been called .

I really like the look of the black bezel on the white Explorer. In fact, Rolex should consider making change and reversing bezel from silver w black numbers to black w white or silver numbers.
