3-month old Black Bay In House Stops/Loses Minutes
So after spending months on this forum reading, learning and finding the best way to buy my in-house Black Bay Red, I pulled the trigger in March and got it brand new from a trusted seller here.
All is fine and dandy until I notice it a few hours ago completely stopped (I'm on the west coast for a few days). So I wind it and put it on my wrist again - only to see an hour later the watch is about 3 minutes behind. I'm flying back to Boston tomorrow and will take it to an AD to have it sent back to RSC under warranty, but wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything here. This is the second time this has happened (it stopping), first time was about a month ago. Thanks in advance

Update - called RSC Dallas today and had them send me the shipping kit. Chose to bypass the AD

Update: Finally sent in 2 weeks ago to RSC Dallas after I tested it for another month. It managed to stop about a week after being fully-wound and worn daily. They got back to me yesterday stating they would service the movement with an expected service time of 3 weeks.
Hoping this fixes things.

You are correct sir! Yes - I'm sure it will. Though the 7-8 week end to end turnaround isn't helping
