What a bargin
I have just bought a Tudor 4453 off eBay. I just wanted a couple of parts for another Cal 59. It was advertised as badly scratched, overwound not working, and selling for spates..I got it for a song......received it 3 hours ago and simply wound it up.( the seller hadn’t realised it was a oyster crown and had to be unscrewed to pop out and wind) it runs perfectly and gives excellent timegrapher readings. The case serial No is 31501 which dates the case to 1934, the movement which is super clean has a rose in Shield so must be 1945/6.. I’ve spent a hour giving the case a clean and polishing the crystal, also fitting a handmade Horween leather strap...it’s a cracking little watch. Now to figure out how to post photos.....also still have my other watch waiting for parts.
How do you post photos from a iPad photo library?? |

To attach photos, you go down toward the bottom of the page to "manage attachments" -- and take it from there. Problem I've run into is the size limitation on this site, which is 1200 across. One must resize most photos first. I'm usually too lazy to do so in this post-Photobucket world.
