The current dial in the watch is a Mark IV. I would expect a Mark V with that serial number but a Mark IV probably isn't out of the realm.
The insert is much later and the crystal is aftermarket - unless it has been heavily polished and lost it's 2 1/2 magnification. The hands could be original or possibly replacements and exhibit evidence of deterioration/cracking. (For others here, click on the photo for a super enhanced view.)
