Years of dreaming. Years of taking steps, some small, some big. Happiness and anguish. Tears of joy and sadness. Today, another BIG day with two key contacts that could potentially make stage two of this dream a reality.

The best part: it is not about money. This whole endeavor will not bring riches, but I am sure the benefits along the process will be priceless.

Alarm went off at 3 am. Jump into shower. Humming Buble’s ‘It’s a Beautiful Day’. No more ties. Jeans. Casual shoes. Jacket and a linen pocket square. ALWAYS a pocket square. Cufflinks. ALWAYS cufflinks. I have gone through my keynote presentation a hundred times. On the wrist: the one who started it all....my DJ.

...off to the airport. Still dark outside. But boy, oh boy; it’s a BEAUTIFUL DAY!
