We had a similar story in Israel:
Kids were making noise down at a neighborhood park. A father of an infant that wanted to put his baby to sleep went downstairs and asked them to lower their tone and he got stabbed to death.
Sad, very sad.

IMHO, all the video games and the like desensitize the youth of today.

Makes it easier to commit atrocities that you two above mention.

The question to ask is whether it is purposefully done or not. I'm already convinced. We are all being systematically exposed to all sorts of debauchery and immorality today, in an attempt to make it seem normal and acceptable.

And the purpose of that would be what exactly? What’s the end game of that agenda?

I’m serious here... this isn’t some new trend, this sort of thing has happened before. It’s not video games, it’s how we raise our children, it’s how strong our communities are.

Depends what you believe , and you’re right, it’s not JUST video games. It’s music. It’s television. It’s popular culture. It’s the news.

Sick world..

I often wonder if these punks regret their actions once sentenced to life in prison.

Do they recount the 1 second mistake that also cost them their life.

I wonder.

All this over a bicycle? What did these dumb kids think would happen when they hit someone in the head with a heavy wooden bat?

RIP

It won’t change a thing.

But I hope the 16 year old that did it lives a short life of excessive pain and enormous discomfort.
