Contrast between Rose Gold and Steel on 126711?

To all 126711 owners out there, may I ask how pronounced the contrast is between the RG center links and the steel on the bracelet, compared to let’s say, YG and steel? Is it closer in tone? One of the reasons why I don’t like the YG two tone models is because of the stark contrast between the metals and was wondering if this is somewhat more muted on the 126711. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I can’t say whether it’s more pronounced or muted compared to tt yg but I can tell you that the everose rolesor tt has more contrast than say a full everose gold. Most common word I see people describing the rg tt is that it “pops.”

I do however think the rg tt is a beautiful watch if you want it to pop. I personally chose the full everose gold because it didn’t pop as much.

RG/SS is a lot less "flashy" than YG/SS, but what's not to like ?

I had the exact same concern as you, as I don't consider myself a TT guy because of the stark contrast.

The CHNR is different. The contrast is subtle; yet not so subtle that it doesn't simply blend in. This is a delicate balance, and IMHO, Rolex nailed it.

The colors of this watch vary in different lighting which is really cool. Overall, it's very classy.

I'd say the contrast is slightly subdued compared to SS/YG, however not much, there's no mistaking it for gold.

I find it more appealing than YG/SS. I also don't see myself as a TT guy, but the RG/SS has a very different look to it. The contrast is definitely not as strong as on YG/SS.

My opinion is based on handling it in store under store lighting, not natural light.
