Not true. Add some pineapple and it’s all you need.

In terms of general likability and origins (doing something..anything..with leftover material making something more likable), cottage cheese occupies the same foodstuff niche as Vegemite.

You're not a cheese lover if you say that.

Cheese could be the one thing that I cout eat solely for the rest of my life.

Cottage Cheese.

Origin. The first known use of the term "cottage cheese" dates back to 1831. It is believed to have originated because the simple cheese was usually made in cottages from any milk left over after making butter.

I don’t understand low carb diets... it lowers your leptin levels which regulates both hunger and metabolism

It's something I've been using over the last twenty years when I need to get back to my normal size and keep getting noticed by the opposite sex. Works for me. Can't do it for more than a month though because I just love eating carbs. Love bread, chips, pizza, beer etc.

It keeps you from going through insulin withdrawal, which is what makes you feel like you're starving an hour after eating chinese. Plus, your body learns to use body fat for energy rather than relying on carbs in your digestive tract.

I can stay on a low carb diet for months. I don't feel hungry, but I do feel a lot more energetic.

One more thing. If one day you give it a try, mind that in the first week you can never trust a fart.
