Advice needed for 502T springbars

hello,

I done a lot of search but I would greatly appreciate if anyone could give me some advice on my situation.

I recently bought a 502T from a seller. After receiving, I tried to push a 2mm GMT spring bar inside, but could only go through one side.

Here is what the seller says:

"If your bracelet has the nummer 50, you need normaly 502 B (2mm springbar for lug holes), for newer watches without lug holes since 2003, you need 502 T with 1,8mm springbars, but 502 T are also compatible with older watches, if you use the smaller springbars. I bought my stuff from a big official dealer in germany, Wempe. If you think it´s not genuine, let the endlinks check by your local rolex dealer ;) if you´re there, you can after your check buy the correct springbars for 502 T."

Any opinions/advice ?
