Rolex and Safe Deposit Box

Hello guys, I'm new here and I have some questions for the experts.. I have two watches, 116505 B. and
116500LN W. The new ss daytona is now part of my skin and I really really love it so much. The fact is that due to my job I don't live in the same house/country all the time, but I keep changing place almost every week.
It is ok for the watch to be stored in a bank for long time, 1 or 2 months? And everytime I go to Thai i just go to the bank and wind it manually before to put it back for another 1 or 2 months? It is going to damage the watch?
What s the best solution in my case? Rolex sc suggested me not to use a watch winder... so I don't really know what to do. I'm just worry I'm gonna damage the movement not using it for long time. To make it short, the question is: How to store a watch? Thanks to all and sorry for my English..it's my second language:-)

Put it in the safe deposit box and don't worry about it. It won't break from not winding. I've got a lot of watches and some of them don't get wound for months at a time. No big deal.

No issues just make sure there are no humidity issues on the safe box

Should be OK. Ideally if you can wind it up and wear it a little at least once a month, it will keep crown issues from arising.
