Good morning!!!! Why grill twice...

Today, bringing back some childhood memories. No EVOO. Only thing that was available at the farm was lard. Add a small amount....(trust me, pork fat and smoke.....HEAVEN!). A dish I have posted before: migas. (Onion, tomato, tortilla, eggs)

Looks good! My mother used to make something similar without the tomato. She would crisp the corn tortillas with some oil so they would be a little crispy. That was comfort food. Thanks for sharing.

I completely agree. The flavor is just amazing on everything, from appetizers to desserts. And the chimney....a beauty! Fire up, go away, come back 15 minutes later and....ready!!!!
