User recently had a BLNR for sale and I see that it was removed by a mod...seller has same positive feedback from other members..I thought the name looked familiar and indeed it was, I almost purchase a 16600 from him, did I dodge a bullet?

Looks like the listing was removed because it didn't have photos. I guess he didn't read the rules.

Thanks. All is well! As moderator mentioned above, sales post was removed because there were no photos yet (thought it may also have been because my Pledge membership expired). Anyway, the watch sold the same day, and the buyer was very happy. As you mentioned, I have plenty of great references on here including:
