Okay, my friends....as most of you very well know, I have just the TWO Rolex watches....both of which I am extremely fond of!!
Very simple, down to earth poll, guys. Which one do YOU prefer? Vote with comments please!! Thanks - JJ PS: Sorry, it's Friday evening here and I was getting rather bored talking to myself!!

hiya mate,
didn't vote but!, I prefer the Yachtmaster to the SUB like the smoother case/ embossed bezal and Maxi dial way more!, but the 2nd but is if I was to flip one it would proberly be the YM because i would more than likely replace it with something in the same vein, so the sub would be a better compliment to the other [ SO WHEN "YOU" GETTING THAT TT DAYTONA! ] steve |

I voted the Sub. I have not seen a TT YM up close enought to make a call on it.

Voted Sub, but.....
I have to say that is the nicest TT Rolex make - I owned a Blue TT Sub over a weekend (pre-owned) and returned it on the monday, as it was just too flashy with my skin-tone and wardrobe! but if you can get away with it, it's very cool

I voted neither because in my eyes, it's a win-win. Obviously you're starting to get the flip itch, and want to know which one should go. Since I voted neither, it should drive you even more insane and possibly push you to flip both and get a YG YM.

Well JJ, you know I've never been a fan of the YM, so I voted for the Sub.

It's definitely the sub/date for me, even with the flat "S"

I love the look of the YMs but hate the endlinks, I hate how they stick out further than the lugs (makes the lugs look over polished and watch finished poorly) This is my opinion, but when I get a YM one day I will switch out the end links for the ones off the Daytona.
JJ you had a pic comparing short SEL vs long SEL before and that best describes what I mean. Of course this is strictly my opinion and here at RF we are free to speak our minds so flame me if you wish without fear of me banning you I am pretty sure I am the lonely one that feels this way about the YM. |

I didn't vote because they are both obviously fakes.

Sub for me. Just don't like the bezel on the YM. I tried my mate's tt blue YM, didn't really do anything for me.

It's interesting how long YMs stay in the window of the Island's only AD, which is slap bang outside the main gate of the world's largest yacht club (the Island Sailing Club: 8000+ members), yet Subs seem to have a "machine-gun like" feed straight out the door. Good job we're all different here on TRF ... and some more than others |

The thing about the bezel to me, other than it's bulky look, is that the numbering and graduations aren't clearly visible... you get the feeling it's just there for effect. I know hardly any of us use the bezels anyway but most look there for a practical job. |
