Steel Pepsi availability
Hi, I live n the UK and it痴 impossible to get a steel Pepsi gmt. I知 heading to Las Vegas in 2 weeks time for a week, does anyone know if I値l be able to pick one up there or a date just 41 with blue face and fluted bezel? I know the Wynn is supposed to have a huge Rolex boutique but not sure if they値l stock the cheaper end of the range? Thanks for any advice.

I don't think you'll be able walk into an AD and pick up a 126710 (SS Pepsi GMT) anywhere in the world..and I'm not trying to sound dramatic. Waiting lists are supposedly years long, :(
I was at the Rolex boutique in Vegas earlier this year and they had a lot of non-sport models and non-SS sport models (ie. PM sport models). For the most part it looked like a Datejust / Day-Date store.

The DJ could seems more likely to be available. The Pepsi I assume will be on the more difficult side to obtain.

Yeah absolutely no to the Pepsi.. the blue Fluted DJ is probably the most popular DJ configuration so low odds on that one as well, but not impossible.. why not give a few places a call

I was in Vegas three weeks ago and dropped by most of the ADs no SS sport models to be had and they all had long waiting lists. You may have luck with the Date Just 41 though.

There is probably only 1 way to pick up a SS BLRO while in Vegas. Call DavidSW now, pay $20K USD, give him your hotel info, and it even be waiting at the front desk when you check in.

I was just there. Nothing in terms of SS sport watches at Wynn or Ceasars. You may find that DJ. Good luck.

I got back from Vegas a week ago amd what everyone is saying is true. I was in the boutique in Caesar's Palace and there were 3 customers in there including myself all asking the same question about a SS submariner. Unless you have a good relationship with the AD they won't sell. Pretty much like here.

Vegas ADs can't handle the demand from its locals, let alone the tourists that are here DAILY

Agree. Seems like at least a handful of folks from this forum hit every single AD. Literally zero chance.

Sometimes I think this internet thing was just invented...
SS Sport Rolexes (especially models like the Daytona and SS BLRO) as well as the watch community is worldwide. What’s happening in ones backyard is the happening across the world. You’ll have better luck at the tables my friend. |

The DJ, maybe with some phone calls. The Pepsi is gonna be a no-go.
You’d have better luck finding the Pepsi in the airports during your travels. |

SS BLRO, you have more chance of finding one in the Rolex shop at Heathrow than you do in Vegas (and the chances of finding one in the Rolex shop at Heathrow is still zero).
The DJ you might find in Las Vegas, but MSRP over there works out more than in the UK (especially with GBP so weak). Then with import VAT, you may as well buy it in the UK from an AD or a grey dealer, because they'll both work out cheaper. Lots of nice watches to look at in Vegas, but nothing works out 'cheap' there - or even 'reasonable' - unfortunately. |

no. We are going on over 2 years with this nonsense. Its been going on in the states like 6 months. BLRO/Daytona/Sky Dweller are equally bad but the UK is far worse for everything else. My AD in central london has had 1 WG OF daytona in a year and a half. He said next year if i want one. Its not the demand there its the supply. He gets me Pateks very quickly so its not like its a non connected AD.

As others have said highly unlikely with the pepsi.
Even the DJ41 blue dial fluted bezel is difficult right now, I had to wait a few weeks for my wifes one to turn up. |

Get lucky at the tables, use the winnings as the premium you would pay a trusted grey dealer.

You've got half a chance of a BLRO if you go to a small town AD and buy a DJ41 as well.

DJ with a bit of work could be found in the U.K.
Pepsi in Vegas is impossible I’d say. |
