Do you wind your manual watch(es) even if you aren’t going to wear them that day?

For those of you that own manual wind watches, do you let them “die” between wearings and only wind them (and set the time each time) when you wear them, or do you wind them every day (or every other day) so that they are always keeping the time (and never stop) even if you aren’t wearing them?

Only wind when needed... for a non-grand-complication manual wind watch...

I voted "Only when I wear it", but it's not such a simple answer because I have four hand-wound watches. I wind my Speedmaster Professional every day, even on days I won't wear it, because I'm very likely to decide on a whim to wear it on nearly any day. My others are worn less frequently than the Speedmaster, so I let those stop and then wind/set them when I take them out for a day of use.

I wind my Speedy every morning if I wear it or not. I rotate every few days between that and my Exp II, so I don’t want to reset it every time.
