Back Again - I do not understand

The seller is relisting the previously removed auction. Reported here initially:

http://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=62263

Listed again here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/1968-SS-Daytona-...1%7C240%3A1318

Initially, the lister copied the description from a legitimate seller. Now the description on this watch reads as follow:

"Bracelet Type/# of links: Original 18K riveted Oyster bracelet. "

Isn't this watch supposed to be SS?

...TTG...NOT SURE about this...

...the time is set to DIFFERENT time than the jewelersontine listing.

...might want to ask the seller to ADD 1 pic of the watch set to, say, 9:45, or whatever, BEFORE we jump on this one.

...just a little caution.

Understood about the time. The picture was not discrepancy, rather the description of the watch initially from Jewelers-on-time.

This description is obviously copied from somewhere else. Why would he claim the bracelet is 18k?

...sorry about that.

...yes, the band is obviously a RIVIT....NOT 18K, and most likely, a 7205.

...could just message him to let him know about the discrepancy-oversight on his part??

...I went ahead and messaged the seller about the discrepancy.

It is claimed to be no longer for sale. Probably was never for sale to begin with as the price is; "too good to be true." My suspicion is that he is tired of being called to the carpet on the watch. It seems like a stolen photo sale. His feedback looks horrible.
