Breguet service around LA or San Diego

Hello I have Breguet Marine 5817 while its keeping good time and does not have any problem is at service time, I have asked about the service in LA Breguet AD and they would need a long time and quite expensive service.
I would appreciate the recommendation for a reputable watchmaker around LA and/or San Diego.
I live out of US and I will be in the area for a week, can I expect to have the watch serviced in that time if I contact the watchmaker one month before?
