What about if the game is reversed??

I would like some opinions here!!
Call around to AD’s and make this offer...
Here we go—-

Purchase 228238 full price 34,850
Purchase 116618 full price 34,250

But.. at the SAME TIME a 116500 and 126710 must be purchased TOO!

Could an AD be found for this???

And if yes, how long would it take to find this AD?

I’m not sure, lol. They would be moving out 2 YG at the same time, at FULL MSRP.

"The game," whatever that is, isn't reversed or reversible. What you need is called "a relationship."

Pro tip.

Forgetting about the semantics of reversing the game or whatever. I think it would be fairly easy to do that and that at an AD.

I would guess a substantial AD would fulfill that order within a fortnight.

Let’s do the math!
Most places (my AD will) offer 20% on a PM watch! (Close to $7K)
So if you buy the watches you mentioned at full price you might(or might not) get the 500C and the ss BLRO. As opposed to just going grey (which is not what I’m suggesting) pay the premium and still come ahead

Unfortunately it looks like this is the case if you do the math (depending on whether or not you want the watches that they want you to bundle with)

It sounds fun. I think an AD wouldngo for it - just not sure which 1

It’s the 90k that may be an issue

To clarify. You're offering to purchase 4 watches in one bundle?:
228238 and 116618 and 116500 and 126710

If they were available to the AD it seems like they would jump on that.

If you're looking to purchase those 2 at full MSRP, along with a Pepsi/Daytona at MSRP, send me a PM and I'd be happy to find you an AD to do so.

1- giving it some serious thought.
2- i LOVE the 116618Lb and 228238– so, they would be 100% keepers.

Then worth trying, a smaller AD might go for it.

Good luck with this. ADs will likely want you to buy the 2 gold pieces, just to get one of the SS models you want. Once you've offered to buy both PM pieces, you've already played your hand. The trick, or game, would be to find an AD who has both the Pepsi and Daytona, offer to buy one PM with them, and then let them convince you to buy the other PM, in order to make that deal... if it's even possible at this time. My suggestions, which echoes others here, would be to go grey, and maybe strike up a heck of a deal on 4 watches, and still come out on top.

I think I'd just pay off my mortgage and hope I get a Daytona at MSRP someday.

Reverse the game by purchasing a bundled deal to get the daytona and return the pm watch ;)

There is absolutely nothing stopping anyone from asking..... something tells me many ADs would “miraculously” make the SS piece appear. Others it would take much more purchasing. Remember, watches are (relatively) small potatoes for any AD that also sells fancy jewelry (I feel like most people forget that).... the margin on a $50k jewelry piece made by said AD will be much higher than on any watch.... if you really want to build the dream AD relationship, buying high end jewelry seems to be a better approach than other expensive watches. Just saying....

i'm confused. how is this scenario making the game reversed?

isn't buying a couple PM watches at MSRP and then the possibilities to buy 116500 and/or 126710 at MSRP (or higher at some ADs) the current game?

shouldn't the reverse game be buying 116500 and/or 126710 at discount?

Or the reverse would be bundling the 116500 and 126710 to get the 2 YG pieces.

He reversed the rules by putting each sentence fragment in its own paragraph. A game changer!

Well... let’s think about it. If the goal is to acquire the gold watches at a discount, it is genius!

-126710 Pepsi sells immediately for roughly 9,000 profit
-116500 sells immediately for roughly 15,000 profit.

228238- 34,850 msrp is now 22,850
116618- 34,250 msrp is now 22,250.
