The nephew of my fathers niece befriended a guy from Danmark, who - hold your breath - accidentally bumped into Sean Connery in 1987. That Danish guy‘s Submariner (which he only acquired in 2002) will flip for a fortune, I bet.

Hodinkee's headline is misleading. Dalton wore the then-new 16610 in the film. Apparently his stunt double wore a 5513, which is viewable in some of the chase scenes. The auction is for the 5513. This got some discussion already in another thread.
