Finally......And it’s so awesome.
I know there are many here that will say 9 months is not that bad, but I think it’s a long time to wait for an over the counter transaction. Think about this in less than 9 months you can build a house, in 9 months you can make a person, odd concept I know.
Anyway, 9 months later my white 500 showed up today. It is everything I had hoped for. It is my instant favorite, which is amazing because my BLRO has been basically an everyday piece from day one. I will now have some serious arm wrestling to do in the mornings, so to speak. It showed up this morning, all protectives in place, preceded by a text from my AD saying they are not supposed to do that, but they know I’m a safe bet. Out of the box and on the wrist. I am so stoked over this piece. I can go as far as to say this is my grail. Unfortunately, I received the FedEx package, got watch on wrist and had to bolt to the airport. As I write this I am somewhere over the middle of the Atlantic. Headed to the Nürburgring. I will get pics up a soon as possible. |
