El Primero watch value
Do you see the Zenith El Primero lines going up in value since Daytona El Primeros are more sought after nowadays?

They are not related.
The older Daytona used a Zenith ebauch (blank) that they built and modified into the Rolex 4030 movement. Zenith is their own brand and the El Primero is not the same movement.

Rolex pricing has some emotion mixed into it, so far we are not seeing that same emotion in Zenith.
I think they are great watches (and movement) and they are under rated.
