Cobalt or errrmmm Smurf

Predictions guys

We all think a TT ceramic Sub will appear at this years Basel but what hue will the ceramic bezel be?

Sexy traditional "Bluesy" Cobalt blue as per existing TT Blue Subs

or

Smurfy crayon blue as per the WG Sub.

Place your bets now please

I thought you wanted to know which one we would LIKE it to be, not which one Rolex will produce.... I voted to leave the blue alone.

I did the same thing as I voted before reading your query. I voted for what I liked, the cobalt but guess the new Sub will get the smurf blue.

I am guessing it will match the color of the YMII bezel "insert."

Yep I agree

Cobalt,s nice, but based on past decisions, it will most likely be smurf and spoil one of my favourite watches.

They can go back in time a little ways and have the perfect SS blue sub. It would look very much like this.

Where do you guys find these? The only ones I seem to find are either kinda rough looking or almost as much as a Rolex sub.

I like to think they will produce the new TT & SS Sub w/ a traditional cobalt blue in order to quickly differentiate between WG & SS models. Lets be real, many guys that spend over $20K for their Smurf Sub probably don't want all us 'peasants' to think they are sporting a mere SS model. I'm hoping for that mentality at Rolex as I like the cobalt blue much more than the new smurf. Cheers.
