Another newer bracelet on a vintage watch thread

After success using a newer bracelet clasp on my older GMT I found myself digging through an old drawer to find a new project. As with my last thread, purist look away...!

--Putting a newer datejust bracelet (62510H) from a Rolex 16234 on my 1970's Rolex Thunderbird datejust. This time I didn't have to perform link removal surgery as I did for my GMT; I basically just removed the entire bracelet from one watch and installed it on another. The Datejust 16234 now has a comfortable blue leather strap.

My Old thread with the GMT:

In my opinion most newer Rolex bracelets are quite simply made better, they don't seem to stretch as much, and the claps simply work better than some of my older bracelets. I am very happy with the results. Enjoy...
