Rolex Service NYC
A few months back I had posted about the bracelet screws being damaged on my Submariner when I brought it in for sizing at a local jeweler. Being particular and the watch being brand new. After some research and phone calls to local ADs with no avail I decided to call Rolex direct and was pleasantly surprised to hear that they would replace the screws and at worse I’d only have to pay a nominal fee. Today I was finally able to bring my watch in and I have to say it was a great experience overall and only took about an hour and a half including the actual repair. Oh and I got a sharp looking travel pouch as well! However, when I inquired about a polishing/cleaning cloth I was informed they had been discontinued so for those in the area who need service I’d definitely recommend it!

Nothing at all, all I had to do was provide them with the warranty card. If I recall correctly, I was quoted around $5/screw when I called up but was told this type of work is usually done gratis!

Nice. I know people complain about them all the time but I've had multiple watches serviced there and never had a problem. I'l. be there tomorrow to drop off my wife's watch.

I've heard a lot of positive stories coming out of Rolex NY lately. The impression is that they take walk-ins and if they can't fix your issue that day, will take service and get back to you. It wasn't long ago, people would gripe about RSC NY and it appears things have changed a bit. I know all stories are anecdotal, but as a resident of NJ with five Rolex watches this is good to hear.
