I have been in their store and discussed specific watches with members of their staff. I was told that they clean, polish, and service all of their timepieces prior to making them available for sale. If you are looking for an unpolished, factory serviced watch, you might want to confirm this prior to purchase. The watches that I viewed were very clean.

I concur and was told same. My GMT and Roadster came from SWE. I was assured both watches were fully serviced before purchase.
