Not a expert on the modern day Tudor line up but the guy got some very very good feed back on many high end watches sold. And is a well respected dealer the Tudor watch looks fine to me.

Nice Tudor. Deal with confidence as he's a well known watch dealer.

I doubt he'll give you the serial number sequence since most dealers keep that to themselves. I say go for it.

As the dial come with the "tiger" logo, it should correspond to the time when Tiger Wood was still the ambassador of Tudor back in 1997 to around 2002. The serial numbers of Hydronaut series is a bit different from the conventional one according to my database. The serial numbers started with "O" then followed with 6 numeric digitis on the certificate. In around 2007, it changed to "J". However, for those tudor with "O" serial, when you remove the bracelet at the 6 O'clock position, it only shows between the lugs the 6 numeric digits and not the "O" while the "O" was only shown on the certificate. Hope it helps. |

Thanks for the feedback guys, ended up getting out bid at the last minute and didn't go with my max bid which was my fault.
Watching another one now but unsure of the seller, though it would be covered via PayPal I guess. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=180324596913 |
