Audemars 18mm buckle instead of clasp?

newbie on the forums here, but wanted to ask your opnions, is there an 18mm buckle avail for 15300 leathers? I find the 15300OR clasp digging in to my wrist (6.5" wrist and sort of in between the last two holes)

Real problem is finding a strap for a buckle for 15300 or 15400. Have the same issue with my 15400OR. Deployant is VERY uncomfortable.

Never had the 15300, but owned a 15400. Most will tell you that if you 'flip' the strap with the attached clasp (the end that is at 12 moves to 6 and visa versa) you will find it much more comfortable.

There was also an 18mm PIN buckle available from AP. Not sure of the part number but if you contact the APSC they will be more then happy to help.

I think the AP deployant sucks. Yes, one can flip the direction and it gets slightly better. But if every other watch makers can make a decently comfy deployant, I cannot understand why AP could not. It is not as if AP does not know the problem. There are tons of feedback in various social media platforms.

thanks for the tip! i thought about flipping the strap/clasp to the other side, but now it would just pinch the other side of my wrist...

spoke to APSC florida about a strap though and they gave a surprise of an answer. at the time being, there are about 8 straps avail for the 15300 including a rubber strap. if i purchase 15400OR plots though (which fit perfectly up against the 15300 case), then there are about close to 40 straps available. same go for the 15500, so long as i have the 15400 plots, the 15500 straps will fit the 15300
