Don’t think anybody here would walk by a BLNR in an AD showcase and not buy it
Unless you want to pay over retail from a reseller, sadly your only hope is the lists you got your name on and patience. |

You say that you have your name on a few waiting lists.
Have you actually visited the ADs, chatted to the staff, maybe visit more than once and get the conversation going. If you've just telephoned the AD, I very much doubt you will be on any list. |

Bite the bullet and buy from a trusted seller. Takuya Watches is great!

In the UK here. First purchase after zero trading with my AD other than servicing on an old TAG F1, and got it after 8 months. Called initially, then visited, then visited with the good lady who spec'd a lady DJ. That was late 2017 when I picked it up, has the situation changed dramatically?

Bite the bullet. Greet dealer or pre-owned (or both). Great watch and you won’t regret it!

Patience, grey dealer, or private seller are your only options.

I think you’re best chance of getting one at rrp from an AD is to just become friendly with them. Let them know you’re interested in that watch but don’t be pushy about it. Hopefully if they like you they may offer it to you at some point

Hi Dave I didn’t want to wait either went for a mint LN on Chrono24 if you’d like any more info on my search etc I did a post about it with some pics. Found it in 3 days was wearing it the 3rd.. but yes BLNR 100% gonna be £2-3k more than MSRP in the UK my friend.

Hi everyone thanks for the help and info I would buy if a grey or private seller but it’s finding a genuine dealer. Also I like the thought of getting new with the full Rolex experience from a ad which I don’t think is going to happen unfortunately.

Put your name in . . . wait . . . get a new watch . . . enjoy it for a long time knowing you've got the real deal!
