What would you do?

Hello. I'd like to know your opinion about an issue that is knocking my head

I'm the owner of a Rolex Sea-Dweller M serial in a like new condition and a acquitance of mine has offered to me a change:

-His Yacht Master 40 mm year 2005 full set and very good condition

-My SD formerly quoted

I'm feeling in love with my SD but I guess that I'd be in love with a YM also

What do you think guys about this interchange?

What would you do?

Thanks in advance

The SD is out of my reach. But if I could I would have one. My votes for the SD

Thank you very much. I like YM but I think that isn't a watch for daily use. And my SD is stick on my wrist since December 07 for any purpose and doesn't have scratches on it. I figure that those shiny center links can be scratched easily and for daily use.
Anyway I think that I'll keep SD for ever

The ym master is usually more expensive on the second hand market.
