new to the site... a couple questions

hello everyone, i found this site via yahoo search... im considering getting my first rolex, but i have a couple questions. sorry if im green, just allot of money (for me atleast) so im checking all my sources.

im looking at getting a yellow gold rolex president with the silver jubilee face\ diamonds, it the one with rolexrolexrolex all over the face. the dealer said this face is a anniversery face and that i would not see many of them. is that true? Also i asked her about the diamonds on the face, she said they were all flawless diamonds.. again, is this true?

finally, i think the sticker price was around 27k and she is going to sell it to me for 23k. is that a good price?

The diamond part is true. Rolex uses only the highest quality diamonds.
As for the jubilee face... I've seen quite a few of those.
And the price... I'd say you should be able to get 20% off at least. Try for that.
