For sale is an excellent condition 42mm stainless steel and 18 karat yellow gold Cartier Ballon Bleu. The production date of the 3001 is unknown, but it does come with box, instruction manual, and service papers. The BB was serviced at the factory in 2016. The Cartier features a polished steel case with a fixed polish finish steel smooth bezel. The Cartier is mounted on a polished steel H link bracelet with polished yellow gold center links and features a push button hidden deployment butterfly clasp. The bracelet contains 10 full size links and sits loose on a 7.5 inch wrist. The Ballon Bleu features a silver guilloche dial with black Roman numeral hour markers, blued hands, and a date window aperture at 3 o’clock. The movement used in the 3001 is the Cartier calibre 049 which features 42 hours of power reserve. Overall the Cartier is in excellent condition and contains no noticeable flaws to the naked eye.
