submariner orgy...
Went to my local AD today and tried on the Sub Date, Sub ND Cosc, Sub LV and finally the new WG Blue Sub...
I am currently saving for a Sub, but havn't decided which one to go for, the Sub ND COSC is growing on me. When I tried them, the Sub ND felt a bit flatter on the wrist compared to the Sub Date - is the Sub Date a bit thicker or is it just me? Oh, the new sub was impressive with the new clasp and maxi dial, with the blueish glow... |

Maybe it is the cyclops over the date that gives a feeling the Submariner 16610 has a thicker glass?

all of them are stunning pieces.
Talking about the new WG one,we're on a totally differente planet. I'm not talking about prices only...it is really a stunning watch. Yes,the ND Sub has a flatter case and lug holes aswell. |

Maybe, the dealer said that the case on the Sub-date was a bit thicker in order to make room for the date complication. I always thought that they share the same case but have a bit different oyster bands (non-SEL vs. SEL)

Agree on the WG Sub, it felt more like the GMT IIc than the ordinary sub. I asked if she knew when the black SS version is coming, but she didn't know
