SS Daytona C on Oysterflex?
Would anyone put the SS Daytona C on a Oysterflex bracelet for an additional look? Pics?

Looks epic, and I know a few people who have done it. Needs end-links in though, to truly finish it off and give it the PM Daytona look.

Looks Beautiful. Is it possible to order through AD or do you have to surrender your current bracelet?

Pretty sure you won’t get it from an AD since that watch was not available on OF from Rolex. You’ll have to source one elsewhere.
They do pop up occasionally in the classified section. That’s also where you’ll find the end-links.

Thanks for your input. I looked on the classifieds and didn't see any. Also, I may be putting a square peg in a round hole since you have to get the end links and know your exact size.

www.smartyendlinks.com/ It can be done, but just have to source the straps and be careful changing it. (Tape lugs, etc.) Both bracelets look great on the Daytona - it is a matter of preference. The OF makes the watch look a bit more sporty, whereas the bracelet a bit more professional.

Some ADs have them in stock and will sell you the straps but again it's very difficult although, some members have gotten very lucky! Sizing will have to be determined also, as the straps come in a variety of sizes. The link will help with determining which straps (letters) you might require (but usually ADs have a measuring tape that shows which letters you will be): https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?p=9532991 Note: different clasps will require a different size (for me on the glidelock I am an ED - ED, however on the Daytona Clasp I am an ED - EE). I believe each side is about $330US (could be wrong though). If you know anyone with a model that has the OF straps, you can ask them to use their serial number or have them place the order for you. Obtaining them is the only issue

I think that looks beautiful!! That is the look that I am after, but not sure if it is treasonous to alter such a sought after watch. I waited 3 years for it, but would like to have different looks. Thanks for taking time to share.

There are a few other options from third parties but it will not be a genuine Rolex OF. Everest bands sells both leather and rubber straps. Some time spent on the internet will also help you locate other third parties that can custom make straps. I’ve been fortunate to obtain several different model Rolex’s in my collection over the years and wanted to change up the strap on my Sub-c just to make it different. I’m currently using one made out of alligator. (Buying straps is not ‘cheap’ but it cost less then buying watches so I tried several). There are those out there they claim it to be a sin to wear anything but the authentic strap, but my feeling is I wear what makes me happy, not for them to be happy. I have ordered a similar strap but with red threading for one of my Daytona’s .
