Taking my shot

Would anyone in this forum have a connection to a AD for the Sub Hulk. If you can make it happen I’ll fly anywhere in the USA and will definitely compensate you for the help. I know it’s a long shot but you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take.

Good luck with that =).

Why would someone hook you up at MSRP when they sell for +4K on the market?

Lol, I can offer a $1500 finders fee. I've been on some "lists" for this for over a year.

See Alpine 24’s post.
Some people are very generous with their kindness. It’s not always about the money.

Agreed. I have a large AD that I have the "buddy" relationship with the owner and saw a few posts trying to help others out. Needless to say I am jumping on that bandwagon to help others when possible. This has all gotten too far out of hand with this grey market nonsense.

I have the same. And I'd love to help someone out, but at this point, I have zero faith that it wouldn't be sold that very same day. I've passed on cool pieces that I could have easily flipped, because I knew they were going to a good home.

Good Karma. I'll take all I can get. I'd sooner get rid of all my watches before I'd lose my friendship.

It's truly a messed up world out there. I gotta say -- as someone who has given up and is looking at grays, there aren't even that many Hulks on the secondary market right now. Plus prices have gone up like 2-3K since February. It's a mess out there all around.

Hey Joe, you mentioned in a previous post that your AD always calls you first when he gets new models. Sounds like you have more ‘access’ than most of us here... i’d say your best bet is to ask that AD for a Hulk no?

Fair enough.

Even if I already had one, and was offered another one, I would immediately grab it! Haven’t seen them in display for sale at an AD for 9 years!

Wonder what they do with all of them...

As you have a relationship and are waiting for the call, why not just buy from grey and wear.. and when the call comes you sell one of them.

Basically you only have 2 options...

1- Wait
2- Go Grey

Good Luck!!!

Go grey and call it a day. How much energy and time are you expending on this search? If you want it this badly...go and get it.

Buy from grey at whatever state of condition and price you choose and they will fly the Hulk to you for free.

I am on a list. Every month I visit the AD to ask about the progress. Every time I am told I need to wait for another 2 years...
