New herring, part deux
After a two weeks delay, they are finally here. New herring. The delay was caused by pour growth of plankton caused by bad weather. The fat content of the herring was thus too low as they feed on plankton. But, it was worth the wait. This is how they are eaten: raw, slightly salted.

I Love Sushi, You cant just get it anywhere though, theres one spot in california where it was soooo good, that i havnt found another spot like it here in vegas..
