Icon10 Finally, a 233

Well, after a lot of messing about, swapping and chasing after a 233 i finally have one, and what a watch it is, the look is perfect, the size is good and it's a nice feeling getting one after waiting so long

Congrats, it's a stunner

I tried on a used 233 at my local AD a couple of weeks ago and have to say it definitely had the wow factor

Best,

There isn't much to hate about this watch, it's something i've wanted for over a year and i've not had a hint of buyers remorse yet

Now onto the straps, i need some straps to suit this watch

Congrats

Now put that strap away and get something interesting to put on it.
It's just a matter of time anyway.

SEXY!

One ?

I see MANY favor the 8 day over the 10 day

Why is that???

The main reasons i chose the 8 day over the 10 were:

The 10 day is thicker.
The 10 day is automatic and i don't like the look of the rotor through the back.
The 10 day has the AM/PM indicator which spoils the dial a bit for me.

The 233 is basic and clean to look at, everything a Panerai should be, you can hide the GMT hand so that the only thing that makes it look less than basic is the reserve meter, but that's not too bad as it sits in an area where writing usually is applied.

When it comes to PAMs, basic clean looks are the key for me

Hmmm, good reasons and all things I have never thought of

The reserve of both just amaze me BUT I think I rather a Auto as when I dont wear it I can just throw it on a winder...

I dont know...

Either way WOW beautiful watch and congrats!

The 8 day I want is the all new LE all black one!!! I saw
it when my AD had the Panerai show!

That's how to jump in with both feet...I doubt buyer's remorse will ever factor into this decision!

CONGRATS!!!
