AD experience and just got the call..

So I have no purchase history with the authorised dealer (Kennedy Star) and did not bundle. I randomly went to my AD about 6 months ago and spoke to the manager, we were having a nice chat and I jokingly asked about getting a 116610LN, she put me on the list.

Then yesterday I recieved the call. The service was lovely and I now personally know that not all the ADs are Dishonest. I asked why I got the watch and she simply said it was your turn.

This is my first Professional Rolex and it makes my DJ41 look like a girls watch (my mrs told me this as soon as she saw the Sub)

I don’t know why someone would flip this for a couple grand

Lol. Indeed. Come to think of it, I turned over a Zenith in similar circumstances....it’s a trap!

No need to be nice to this troll, he comes to my thread calls my watch "ugly" he couldn't be bothered to give a reason, just leaves an insulting comment and now he gets upset when inferred his watch is ubiquitous, which it is.

I agree, he has some odd posts. I don't think that poster will be around long. Have seen so many like that come and go. They usually get themselves banned.

Weird post, but thanks for the input...not too sure why you revived this thread with that bizarre comment (it’s about 6 weeks old) but many would like to live where you live and I guess you are the only one there and the AD is exclusive to you. But again good input. You could probably make some good coin buy buying them all and flipping them hahaha.....

Where do you reside out of interest?

Thanks everyone! (Haven’t figured out how to quote multiple comments on Tapatalk but that’s for all the kind words and it’s an amazing timepiece. I haven’t worn any other watch since (except gshock for training)

Tap a post twice

There's a number of options that come up
Click more

Multi quote comes up at the bottom

From there you can select multiple posts to reply to

Hope this helps
