Is this watch hard to obtain still? Is it worth paying retail for one? Can you guys that own one share some wrist shots. Thanks

Root Beer GMT TT 126711CHNR

I have never like two tone watches but when I put this on I had to buy it. This watch is amazing and if you can find one for retail I don’t think you can go wrong.

Still kicking myself for not buying in back in January when the AD offered it to me. I instead picked the BLNR. Had the option to pick both, but thought having bluesy and CHNR may be too redundant in my collection.

I own a blnr also. The 2 watches even though both are gmt’s seem completely different to me.

Some say it’s readily available and others say not. Worth retail. It’s a beauty!

Still seems to regularly sell for 2-3k over retail on the grey market, so I'd say it's definitely worth it at retail. Honestly, I'd even say it is worth it above retail, as it outclasses just about every other watch at its price point (especially considering the current SS situation).

A fine looking watch, for sure.

The full gold version is even more striking IMHO.

I would say prices on these have actually gone up since I bought mine in December. I got mine for low $16s at time from a gray and I thought it was a great price from what I had been seeing. Seems now most of these are into the $17s as of now from a gray.

I saw the full RG Root Beer and was blown away, I just thought it was a bit too much if you know what I mean. The TT should be a real treat, as I have one on the way sight unseen.

Hope I like it! However these photos are confirming it is one hell of a watch.

Yes, the bezel numerals are filled with rose gold. Why on earth would you change the bezel?!

I feel like the question needs to be asked: Why not just go for the 116713?...

I got one back in January, quite by surprise. It is like putting it on for the first time every time I wear it.

Because I like the rose gold. I can't stand yellow gold.

It is my fault because I bought my wife this and I just love the rolesor.
