Rolex models you have Never seen?
I've never seen many Rolex models IRL, either at an AD or in the wild.
- BLNR jubilee - CHNR - Ceramic Pepsi of any kind - Ceramic Daytona of any kind I've seen every DJ and sub under the sun. Was in Stockholm last week, probably saw 20 rolexes on the street but none of the unicorns. How about you? |

Luckily I've seen all the Rolex models and tried them on. I would say the only one I have not are the rainbow Daytona and the candy colored bezel yachtmaster on oysterflex I saw the rainbow Daytona in Belgium last year. Was neat to see it but the rainbow doesn’t do much for me at all. The AD had everything though including a readily available sub, any DJ combo, DD combo, Explorer II, sky dwellers, and on and on. Hindsight is 20/20 and I should have bought the sub that was held for someone and he decided not to buy it. |

A lot of it I think depends on where you are. Call it a blessing or a curse but in the grey market in Tokyo, I’ve seen almost everything, even the Explorer blackouts, stick errors, some fancy $250k 1970s Daytonas, etc. The curse is they’re all unaffordable!!
The challenge here in Tokyo seems to be to finding the SS sports models in the ADs. |

Midas, emerald DD40, Leopard Daytona, from the top of my head.
I've seen and handled pretty much everything noteworthy from lower end to ultra rare gem set. |

I have seen all of the Rolex releases except the specialty pieces like the leopard Daytona in the wild. I also know a lot of collectors and watch people.

Sky-Dweller Blue is the only one I have not seen, and obviously the rainbow Daytona and the like.

The only one that I'm surprised I've never seen IRL is the white dial DaytonaC. Of course there are a slew of PM and exotic models that I've yet to see in the wild, too.

Pretty much this, although I have seen a white D500, but it's my own. I've never seen another D500 of either color and I would have thought at this point I would have seen a bunch.

Yup. Living in LA, I assumed I would have seen all of the hot models by now. I have spotted a couple black dial DaytonaC's, but never the white. (Also have only ever seen the CHNR on my own wrist.)

I've actually never seen a SS BLRO out in the wild before, just a WIS friend who has one. I've seen one WG BLRO before (original ceramic reference, as this was ~2 years ago).
Never seen a CHNR (either TT or PM) out in public either. There are a lot of 116520s out in the wild here in LA. Very rarely have I seen someone else wearing the SS DaytonaC out in public. I've definitely caught a few people looking at my white one while I am out. By far and large the most common SS sports model I see in LA is a Sub LN. Surprisingly a lot of 5 digit references too (not just the current model). |

Never seen a steel SkyDweller. Saw a TT in an AD window last year though. Even saw an Aquanaut 5167 in an AD window in 2016
Haven’t seen the new 128238 series Day-Dates yet. They look good in photos. Would love to see some of the really exclusive gemset Day-Dates, like the Pt/Emerald DD40. |
