Need help regarding posting

Hi all
I am new to the forum, I had just made an introduction thread in the New Member forum. When trying to post a reply to my thread, I am not able to, error show you have to wait 10 seconds. but after waiting for 10 seconds I am still not able to reply to my thread. Could you please help me with this.
