Case and Band polishing question
I am reading as many of the post as I can but I was wondering about polishing the watch, how many times is to many? At what point would Rolex suggest or require you to replace the case/band - if that is even possible? When sent into RSC or others can you have a service performed without them polishing the watch, scratches do not really bother me as they are character marks.
Thank you to all who reply J

No more than 3-4 times within a 20 year period. The less the better. Rolex will recommend a new case if it begin to lose it's integity, or if it's seriously bent or dented.

I wonder about the bracelets as well. Under what criteria would Rolex replace them?

i was told by a very reputable local watch dealer/technician, a Rolex watch can take up to 12 polishings in its life..

I guess they mean light polishing with minimal loss of metal
