Tudor Aeronaught Instructions

Hi all,
I have just purchased a Tudor Aeronaught for my 30th birthday, only problem is that the instructions are in Italian as the company I bought it from inported it from there! Does anyone have a english copy or an idea on how to use the 3 push buttons!!

Many thanks for any help! My attempts to translate have proved useless!!
