I notice in your pic you also have perfect alignment bezel, crown, markers, etc.. all the way through to the bottom “Swiss Made”. Perhaps Rolex has raised quality control to the next level? It’s ocd but it is noticeable. No longer to fear the loupe with a new Rolex.

This is what I am talking about.

Don’t think Rolex has raised QC. Here’s a pic of my BLRO I picked up last week. Doesn’t bother me too much, but it’s something I’ll address during service.
