Does Rolex have a day date in white gold with black dial Roman numerals in 36mm?

Looking at new ones.. I see No black, No romans. A silver stick dial is available on the DD36. The roman dials that are available are for the DD40 would be white, blue, green or silver quadrant.

On the current daydate 40 black dial only sticks or diamonds. DDII had black with romans and black with diamonds. Black dial on the WG day date is a cool combination.

I would prefer a 36 so a pre-loved black with Roman numerals. If not available could I swap a dial for one?

You could - When and if you could find one. Sourcing a good black/Roman dial for a 4- or 5-digit DD would be tough already - Finding a good one in white gold would be even harder.

If you don’t care whether it’s a factory dial, you could have an aftermarket one made faster and cheaper than you’ll likely find an original.

I think two styles of Romans were made for the 5-digit DD - Below are bad, blurry YG/Roman photos enlarged from dial sheets, so you can at least see the possible styles (along with a WG/Black/Romans/DD photo, which I think is of a larger DD2).
