Am I remembering this correctly?

Browsing the Rolex website recently I noticed only a few dial options for DJ and DDs. I seem to remember being in an AD in the early 90s asking about dial options for a DJ and the salesperson pulled out a large book showing a ton of dial options. Anyone else remember this or did I dream it?

There used to be a lot more dial options for both the DJ and DD. It's a real shame that Rolex slimmed down the selection.

No, I remember that as well. They appear to have limited the options over time. No dream and neither was walking into a AD and plunking down $$ and walking out with a watch. Really happened lol.
