If you mean the old aluminum inserts, they will likely change yours out while you wait, then let you keep your old one for a core charge.

Yes inserts. Do you know if they let you change more than once or is there a limit? Thanks

This is the experience I've had in NY.

YMMV in other locations. Give your local RSC a call and see what they say.

In the UK the price is £56 ..
Mine is away getting a bezel and jubilee bracelet..this year
It's coke for pepsi
Late next year I will send it away again for full service and go from pepsi to black to get the set

You have to get them to change it ..ie not just walk in and say sell me a bezel mate. They also log the serial number etc. To check your not a flipper of bezels, if you go in too often they will say no. If you ask for 2 again it's no.The thing is to get one this year and one in a year or so to have the set

You do get your old one back for the £56 the jubilee is the expensive item £900 for a stainless steel watch strap that other watch brands would charge £40 for

Depends on the AD. Some will let you have the old one, others will hold on to it.

Why don't you ask this question at an AD or RSC?

As of September 2019, if you do not need a service, and just go in for an aluminum bezel insert change - RSC NYC will charge you $72 for the insert, and $75 “installation fee.”

That's still cheap compared to what they sell for pre used

One thing that is consistent about the RSC’s is their inconsistency...

Cant understand what the big deal is about some RSC not doing this or keeping your old bezel. What are they going to do with it anyway...

They are not going to do anything with the insert. They / Rolex just don't want to have these types of SKU-defining parts floating around.
