Leave the Pepsi on, iconic look plus gives a different option from your lovely black sub.

I was on the Pepsi bandwagon for years. Finally decided to switch since I've had Pepsi fatigue lately with the new watch coming out and I wish I did it earlier. I'm LN all the way now.

As a single watch LN all day, but with a sub as a stable mate Pepsi.

The problem is even more complex because of how amazing your Pepsi bezel looks!

I would leave it as you already have a black bezel sub, diversify with some color.

Normally i'd pick LN. That's what I have on mine more often than Pepsi. But your Pepsi fade is killer. You wont see that in the wild much. So I'd pick Pepsi in your case

I share your passion for the 16700 and mine is from 1995. Luckily you do not have to decide as you have both inserts.

Both inserts are fantastic on the 16700 (not a Coke, of course).
So easy to switch, so I'd enjoy the Pepsi for a while, and then go back to black. It's like asking if you want steak or chicken. Depends on your mood. The 16700 is by far my favorite sapphire GMT, and is the last of the true Rolex GMTs (not to be confused with the GMT II). I've owned several, and always try to keep one in my collection. |

I got the Black bezel fitted by Rolex service centre London in about 2005
cost me £24 and I am so glad they let me keep the original Pepsi. Could only have the black or Pepsi as that was what a 16700 from 1996 could be purchased with |

Buy the Pepsi and add the black bezel insert to change it up if you feel like it. FWIW, I couldn't own a Pepsi as I tire of the colors quickly. The black for me it the best.

Pepsi for a while, then put the LN on when you get bored. For additional variety, add a Coke insert to the rotation. It takes me a while to get bored with a particular insert color for my 16710, but when I hit the wall with one, I have to change it up without delay. All about your mood...
